At first look, you may think that this cake has a coating of fondant. However, this is not the case! Surprising isn't it? This cake is decorated using Siram Beku (Steamed Butter Cream). Using this to decorate your cake will save you a lot of time and the texture of the coating is as smooth as an egg!
Approximately 100 students have learnt this new technique and many have sold these cakes! This lesson has so far received only positive feedback!

We are situated in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. We specialise in selling baking ingredients, utensils, cookery books and much more! We also carry a variety of products from Wilton, PME and Tan See Fong.
To spread the fun of baking, we do organise baking lessons every now and then, though our main focus is still in selling baking ingredients and utensils.
