Chef Eugene Wong will be coming on the 17th of January 2010 for a Hands-on Fondant and Royal Icing Deco lesson. He will be teaching basic decorating skills such as frills and lace. Also, he will be teaching participants techniques in making roses (shown in the picture) without the use of any tools! Spaces are limited; register as soon as possible!
Shown above are the cakes and pastry made by Ms Tan. Look at the variations made out of the simple puff pastry and pandan layered cake!
Ms Tan will be coming on the 28th of December for a hands-on Croissant Making lesson. There are only 18 vacancies! Act fast if you want to join the lesson!

Shown above are the decoration done by Chef Eugene Wong. The cakes and cupcakes are covered with fondant. These decoration can be done by anyone if you know the techniques and it does not require any sophisticated tools!
