Updates on Ms Tan's Cupcake Lesson
Ms Tan is back with her Hands-on Cupcake Lesson for the 7th time! Once again, we thank all for the overwhelming response; a total of 20 participants turned up. Shown above are the cupcakes and cakes decorated by both Ms Tan and the participants. Ms Tan will be conducting a hands-on fondant and gum paste course in which participants will learn how to wrap a cake using fondant, make various types of flowers (shown on the cake) and royal icing decoration. Should you be interested in this lesson, kindly register for it and arrangements will be made for Ms Tan to conduct this lesson. Thank you.

For the 7th, and most probably the last time...
Ms Tan's Hands-on Cupcake Deco Lesson!
Once again, Ms Tan is back with the exact same cupcake lesson she conducted for the past 6 times! We are now organising this cupcake lesson for the 7th and the last time! For those who have missed and have been wanting to learn techniques taught in this lesson, especially the making of colour flow, this lesson has been organised just for you! Once again, the maximum number of participants for this lesson is 18. So please register as soon as possible once you are sure you will be participating this time!

Hi; back with updates on our bakery lessons. We are in the midst of planning lessons which will begin most probably in October. So please tell us (via email or registration form) if there are any pastry that you have been wanting to learn but do not have a chance to or if there are any lessons that you want us to repeat. Please also include specific details such as "New York Cheese Cake" instead of "Cake" or "Chicken Floss Bread" instead of "Bread". We look forward to your suggestions! Thank you!

We are proud to announce that we have extended our working hours for the month of Ramadhan! Shown below are our working hours.
As mentioned in the earlier post, this is the perfect time to bake for your family and friends! So do drop by our shop before or even while baking for ingredients, utensils, containers and many more! We have a series of promotions lined up. Not only are the prices we offer reasonable, the products we offer are also quality ones! Drop by our shop and you will definitely find goods within your budget!
Some of the products from some of the more well known brands that we carry inlcude Bakel's, Callebaut, Crisco, Q.B.B. (HALAL cert available; online allegations confirmed untrue), Sicao, Tan See Fong, PME, Van Houten and Wilton. In addition to the ingredients and utensils that we sell every year, we have a lot more new products this year! This includes Master Tan See Fong's new PVC moulds and cupcake side wall paper, chocolate boxes of various shapes and sizes, lids for cupcake cups, more icing images of cartoon characters or Hari Raya wordings or even your personalised picture!

Hi! Perling Indah is back with updates on our bakery lessons again!
First and foremost, we thank all for your support for our bakery lessons. We also thank all for the overwhelming response for some of the lessons, especially Ms Tan's Cupcake Lesson, which has been repeated for 5 times!
As the Raya is nearing, we will not be organising lessons for the time being; lessons will resume soon after the Raya. As mentioned last year, this is the perfect time for many to practise what they have learnt for the past few months! Fear not if you have not tried or are not satisfied with the quality of confectionery that you have made as practise makes perfect.
We will be updating about some of the products that we carry in our shop soon. Stay tuned!
